The new graduate apartments covered an area of 4800 square meters. The project was arranged in an L-shape and consisted of two student apartments. The exterior wall of the apartments was painted with grey and white elastic paint. The building appearance was beautiful and harmonious with the surrounding environment of the campus, and reflected the characteristics of the campus architecture. The overall layout was reasonable and optimized. The buildings were fully functional.

In order to provide students with a quality living environment and enhance their living experience, each apartment had two elevators, public water room, toilet and shower room. There were 446 standard four-person dormitories, equipped with widened and extended beds, widened and deepened wardrobes and lockers. The apartments were in comfortable and superior condition.
