Academic Talents

Professor Tong Shaocheng, Ph.D., doctoral supervisor, senior member of IEEESystems, Man, and Cybernetics Society, has been chosen as “Highly-Cited Researchers”six times in a row by Clarivate Analytics since 2014. Specializing in fuzzy system theory, intelligent control, self-adaptive control, and robust control, he haspublished more than two hundred SCI papers on the international journals as IEEE Transactions on Fuzzy Systems, IEEE Transactions on Cybernetics, IEEE Transactions on Neural Networks and Learning Systems, EEE Transactions on Systems Man CyberneticsSystems, Fuzzy Sets and Systems,and so forth.On the side, Professor Tong has held the post of associate editor of many pronounced international magazines as IEEE Transactions on Fuzzy Systems, IEEE Transactions on Cybernetics, International Journal of Fuzzy Systems.

Professor Liu Yanjun, Ph.D.,doctoral supervisor, senior member of IEEE Systems, Man, and Cybernetics Society, has won National Science Fund for Outstanding Young Scholars in 2016 and National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars in 2020. Back in 2015, he has acquired the honorary title of “Specially-appointed Professor” in Liaoning province. Now, he is also an editorial board member in many pronounced journals home and abroad, such as IEEE Transactions on Systems, Man and Cybernetics: Systems.Specializing in optimal control and intelligent control, Professor Liu has published more than forty SCI papers on many distinguished international journals as Automatica, IEEE Transactions on Neural Networks and Learning Systems, IEEE Transactions on Fuzzy Systems, IEEE Transactions on Cybernetics, IEEE Transactions on Systems, and Man and Cybernetics: Systems.

Specializing in optimal control and intelligent control, self-adaptive control, and fault-tolerant control, Professor Li has been chosen as “Highly-Cited Researchers” four times in a row by Clarivate Analytics since 2016, and has won Youth Science and Technology Prize in Liaoning province in 2017. Many international papers of his have won IEEE Best Paper Award.
