On July 8, the signing ceremony of the cooperation project between Jinzhou Municipal Government and universities in Jinzhou was held in Jinzhou Culture and Art Center. Jin Guowei, Secretary of Jinzhou Municipal Party Committee; Wang Xinyu, Deputy Secretary and Mayor of Jinzhou Municipal Party Committee; Zhang Baodong, Deputy Secretary of Jinzhou Municipal Party Committee and relevant leaders of the Municipal Party Committee, Municipal Government and universities in Jinzhou attended the ceremony. Qian Yingwei, Secretary of the Party Committee of our university, Liu Yanjun, Vice President of our university, and leaders of relevant departments attended the ceremony. The ceremony was presided over by Yang Xu, who was the Standing Committee Member of and Secretary-General of the Municipal Committee.

At the ceremony, Wang Xinyu and Qian Yingwei jointly unveiled the project of "digital creative industry development center" and "cultural design innovation research center" of Liaoning University of Technology; Liu Yanjun signed university-local cooperation project agreement with Jinzhou Cultural Tourism, Radio and Television Bureau on behalf of the university. Municipal Propaganda Minister Zhao Jinbo and Liu Yanjun delivered speeches.
