From December 10 to December 11, the winter camp “Zhi & Xing Guizhou -- Adventures of Guizhou” hosted by the Organizing Committee of China-ASEAN Education Cooperation Week was grandly held. The offline main venue was in Guiyang Preschool Education College. China-ASEAN Youth Exchange Activity Center, Bohai University, Jinzhou Medical University and our university participated in the activity as the online branch venue. Wang Wenli, Dean of School of International Education, Yan Peng and Fan Xu, Vice Deans of School of International Education attended the opening ceremony. Li Yutong (Anna) presided over the branch venue of our university.

    The winter camp was divided into five parts, namely "the paper is too short to describe one's feeling", "a land of fish and rice", "appointment in Southwest China", "appointment in Guizhou" and "before the flowers and under the moon". The international students of our university who participated in the winter camp benefited a lot from this activity. They not only experienced the ancient Chinese art of paper-making, but also tasted the fish in sour soup, which was traditional dish of Miao nationality and Dong nationality people. Teachers and students at all venues learned to sing the song "I'm waiting for you in Guizhou". Students felt the hospitality and enthusiasm of Guizhou People. They were deeply attracted by the charm of Guizhou. Finally, with the help of the instructor, students made lanterns with national characteristics, and the activity ended in a satisfactory way.

    From Guizhou to Liaoning, from the charming ecological province to the province on the coast of the Bohai Sea, although thousands of miles away from each other, by taking advantage of China-ASEAN Education Exchange Week and on the platform of the Silk Road youth exchange plan of "Zhi & Xing Guizhou", people had the opportunity to enjoy colorful Guizhou, experience dynamic Guizhou and enjoy intoxicating beautiful Guizhou on the "cloud" side. Our university adhered to sincere cooperation; opened a window of "Zhi & Xing Jinzhou" for international students in Guizhou Province. Our university would further promote the friendly exchanges between China and ASEAN and neighboring countries of “the Belt and Road Initiative” and strive for high-level and high-quality development of international education.
