2     Send all necessary documents to the email above.

3     After the documents are verified, we will send the qualified applicants or their sponsors a “Conditional Offer Letter” within 2 working days for bachelor’s degree and language study applications; within 5 working days for master’s degree applications.

4     Transfer 700 RMB application fee to our University bank account.

5     After receiving the application fee, we will start to apply for the JW202 Form from the provincial government. It usually takes about 3 weeks to get the form ready.

6     While waiting for the JW202 Form, you need to send the first year’s tuition fee to our University bank account. You can also send this fee along with the application fee. In this way, you can save some transfer fees charged by the bank.

7     We will send you the official Letter of Admission and JW202 Form by express mail after we receive the first year’s tuition fee from you. A clear and valid address and a phone number must be provided when you fill up the application form.

8     A visa can be obtained from the Chinese Embassy or Consulate in your country with our Letter of Admission and the JW202 Form.

9     Students should come to our university one or two weeks before the deadline on the Letter of Admission. Those who are unable to come on time and don’t inform us in advance will lose their seats for study at LUT.
